Membership Lifecycle

Canceling EZ Nova Apex Scans stops future renewal but does not delete your EZ Nova account or affect permanent product ownership. When a paid membership is canceled, scanner access remains available through the end of the paid billing period. Afterward, Apex becomes inactive and can later be reactivated on the same account.
EZ Nova Package
Package Status Is Automatic
EZ Nova Package is an account status rather than a separate product. It becomes active when your account owns at least one EZ Nova Indicator and also has an active EZ Nova Apex Scans membership.
Account Development
The membership information shown here is temporary development data. Live subscription status, billing dates, payment information, cancellation, and reactivation will be connected to the authenticated customer account as the EZ Nova platform continues toward launch.
